No. We never charge caregivers or nurses a registration fee, a placement fee or a commission on what you earn. Our fee is paid by the family, not by you. If anyone ever asks you to pay to get work through OutdoorSeniors, do not pay, and tell us.

Not a degree. For caretaker work what counts is real experience of looking after someone, and the temperament for it. Nursing roles are different: for those we need your ANM or GNM registration, which we verify.

Identity and address proof, and contactable references from families or employers you have worked with. Everyone we place also goes through police verification before the first placement.

A few hours a day, twelve-hour day or night shifts, or twenty-four hour live-in. Tell us what suits you. Many of our caregivers start with day shifts near home and move to live-in work later, and some do the opposite.

It depends on demand in your area and the kind of work you can take. We would rather tell you straight that it may be a few weeks than promise work that is not there. Caregivers who can do live-in placements are usually matched fastest.

Yes, a great deal. In Mangalore, Kannada, Tulu, Konkani and Malayalam are all useful; in Haldwani, Hindi and Kumaoni; in Bangalore, Kannada alongside Hindi and English. Families often choose the caregiver who can talk to their parent comfortably.

Yes. Japa maids and nannies are in steady demand, particularly in Mangalore and Bangalore. Experience with newborns, the post-delivery routine and night settling matters more here than formal training.
