Physiotherapy at Home

Rehab that actually happens, because it happens at home.

Physiotherapist guiding an elderly man through a seated leg exercise at home

Most prescribed physiotherapy stops because getting to the clinic is harder than the exercise. A physiotherapist at home, working to your doctor’s plan, with the family taught what to continue between sessions.

How it works

  1. Share the referral or reports

The surgeon’s or neurologist’s notes tell the physiotherapist where to start.

  2. First assessment session

A full assessment at home, ending with a written plan and a realistic session count.

  3. Sessions

Usually two to three a week, tapering as function returns.

  4. Handover to the family

The goal is you not needing us — the family is taught the maintenance routine.

Questions families ask

How many sessions will we need?

It depends on the condition — post-fracture is often eight to twelve, stroke rehabilitation runs considerably longer. The first assessment gives you a real number rather than a guess.

Do we need a doctor’s referral?

For post-surgical and neurological cases, yes. For general mobility and pain work, not necessarily.

Will it be the same physiotherapist each time?

Yes. Continuity matters for progression — the plan builds on what the last session achieved.

How do you verify your caretakers and nurses?

Everyone we place goes through document verification, reference checks and police verification before they are placed with you. For nurses we additionally verify the qualification against their nursing registration.

How does pricing work?

It depends on the hours, the level of care, and whether the role needs a nurse or a caretaker. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we’ll share exact pricing — all-inclusive, GST included, no hidden costs.

What if the person isn’t the right fit?

Tell us and we’ll replace them at no extra cost. It usually happens in the first week if it happens at all, and it isn’t a problem — getting the match right matters more than getting it right first time.

How do I reach you?
