Prepaid Services

All OutdoorSeniors services are prepaid. Payment is collected in advance before a caregiver is assigned to your family. Once a caregiver is assigned, they have committed their availability exclusively to your booking and do not take other placements during the same period.

On-Demand Plan — Short-Term

The On-Demand plan covers daily caregiver placements with same-day service.

Once the service has been initiated (caregiver has reported for duty), no refund is permitted for that day or any days already used.

If you need to cancel before the caregiver has reported, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Monthly Plans — Long-Term

This applies to the Part-Time Caretaker (₹30,000/month) and Full-Time Live-In Caretaker (₹35,000/month) plans.

If you choose to cancel after the service has been initiated, you will be charged for each day the service was used, calculated pro-rata based on your monthly plan fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Days used are billed at the daily pro-rata rate of your plan
  • Remaining unused days are refunded
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method

Replacement Requests

If you are not satisfied with a caregiver match, you are entitled to a free replacement under our replacement guarantee. This is not treated as a cancellation and does not affect refund eligibility.
